Services described

Pages describing reports, workshops, retainers, and rates are informational. They do not create a binding contract until we issue and you accept a written confirmation of scope and fee.

Intellectual property

Site content, sample layouts, and visual framing examples are owned by ValleyHub Service Ltd or licensed to us. You may not copy report templates for commercial reuse without written permission. Deliverables created under a paid engagement are licensed as stated in that engagement’s confirmation.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access to systems, submit malicious content, or use contact channels to send spam.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law applicable in Great Britain, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.

For paid engagements, liability caps and remedies are set out in the project confirmation.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply if you are contracting as a consumer in Great Britain.
