What to send us before a kick-off call

A short prep list so your first engagement briefing stays on catalogue scope instead of hunting for files.

The fastest Product Catalogue Engagement Report kick-offs share a few concrete artefacts. You do not need a perfect data warehouse — you need enough structure for us to map the assortment.

Bring these five items

  1. SKU list with category tags and live/retired status for the window
  2. Engagement extract (views, dwell, add-to-basket, exits) with timestamps
  3. Promotion calendar covering the same dates
  4. Known outages or page experiments that could skew paths
  5. Two decisions you hope the report will inform before the next buy

Nice to have

A simple catalogue map (even a spreadsheet of bay order) and screenshots of hero placements for the top twenty SKUs.

What slows us down

Unsigned access requests, category trees that change weekly without a freeze date, and extracts that omit the SKU key we need to join pages to products.

Send what you can with your contact note; we will say what is enough to start and what can follow in week one.
