About ValleyHub Service
A London reporting studio focused on product catalogue engagement — how shoppers move through an assortment, and what merchandisers should do next.
Official name & establishment
ValleyHub Service Ltd is the registered business name behind ValleyHub Service. The company was established in 2017 in London to help retail catalogue teams turn engagement extracts into pages people will actually open in a buying meeting.
Brief history
In the early years we worked almost exclusively with mid-size home and fashion catalogues that had outgrown spreadsheet exports. Clients asked for the same thing: fewer columns, clearer pictures, and a short list of what to change before the next drop. That request shaped our Product Catalogue Engagement Report and still anchors every engagement we take on.
Through the early 2020s we added assortment spotlights and facilitated workshops after noticing that report packs alone were not enough when new merchandisers joined mid-season. Today we remain a small London studio — analysts and visual editors — rather than a general marketing agency.
How we work
- Start from the catalogue map and the questions buyers already argue about
- Prefer annotated visuals over dense tables
- Flag weak source data instead of inventing tidy stories
- Leave you with an action brief owned by your team
Values in practice
We favour plain English, fixed scopes, and honest timelines. If a request sits outside product catalog engagement reporting — for example media buying or website builds — we say so early.
People & place
Engagements are delivered from our London office with remote kick-offs available across Great Britain. Client reviews can happen on a call or at Office 9, 45 Placeholder Road, London ZZ1 1AE by arrangement.
Working with you
Typical relationships begin with a single report pack. Teams that like the framing often move to a quarterly retainer so seasonal comparisons stay consistent.
